Designed as part of the Hard To Kill training system, the Burden Bag is built to scale with you — from lighter conditioning work to brutal full-body carries, cleans, squats, drags, shouldering, and grind-it-out work that exposes weakness fast.

Unlike a standard sandbag with one fixed weight, the Burden Bag is designed around a modular loading system.
