Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order out fast and get it to you right.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within [2–5 business days].

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise noted.

During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after processing is complete.

Typical delivery windows:
• Domestic: [3–7 business days]
• International: [7–21 business days]

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

If you purchase a pre-order or made-to-order item, the expected ship timeline will be listed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them together or separately at our discretion.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email if available.

Please note that tracking updates can sometimes take 24–72 hours to appear after the label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

Hard to Kill is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer

International Orders
